CLUB STATEMENT
Due to an increase work commitments for First Team Manager, Gary Pearson. Chris McCabe had been appointed to a Joint Management Role alongside Gaz.
Tadge and Gaz have been working together for the past 12 months to build and develope the First Team.
Carl Jones is appointed as Player Coach. Carl currently works as a College Lecturer for South Shields Academy and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him.
Along with natural talent Carl is a UEAF B Coach and continues to progress through his coaching badges.
Gaz, Tadge and their First Team Coaches will continue to be supported by Under 18s manager Paul Wardle further engaging the links between the First Team and the junior sections under the Ryhope Colliery Welfair banner.
We would like to give a warm welcome to Carl in his new role and thanks to Gaz, Tadge and Paul for their ongoing support.
